Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for purchasing software licenses for our HPLC Method Development tools at hplcmd.com. Please review our policy regarding refunds and returns carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Digital Products & License Policy

Because our products are digital software licenses delivered instantly via email or account download upon payment clearance via Stripe, all sales are generally final and non-refundable.

Unlike physical goods, digital assets cannot be physically returned or verified as uncopied/uninstalled. By purchasing a license, you acknowledge that your right to a cooling-off period or withdrawal (including the 14-day window under EU Consumer Protection Laws) expires once the digital license key is delivered or activated.

2. Exceptions Where Refunds May Be Granted

We want you to be completely satisfied with ChromSword software. We will review and potentially issue a refund under the following strict conditions:

  • Technical Defect: If the software is proven to be completely non-functional or incompatible with your documented system specifications, and our technical support team cannot resolve the problem within 14 days of you reporting it.

  • Accidental Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchase the same license multiple times in a single checkout session, we will happily refund the duplicate transaction.

3. How to Request a Refund

If you meet the exception criteria above, you must submit a formal request:

  1. Email ak@chromsword.com within 14 days of your purchase date.

  2. Include your WooCommerce Order Number and the Stripe Transaction reference.

  3. Provide a clear explanation and screenshots of any technical errors preventing the software from running.

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be credited back via Stripe to your original payment method. Please note that Stripe refunds typically take 5 to 10 business days to reflect on your bank or credit card statement after processing. Original transaction or processing fees may be deducted where permitted by payment network rules.
